EGO vs. HIGHER SELF

When we allow our Ego to lead the way, it creates suffering by adding many unnecessary layers that complicate everything and create angst. Learning to lead with our Higher Self gives us access to our innate wisdom that bypasses those unnecessary layers to bring about clarity to any situation, and as a result, peace. How to discern between Ego and Higher Self? It begins with a genuine willingness to let go of the familiar and open your mind.
