Amazonite is a wonderful calming stone that promotes emotional balance and peace. It’s colorful bands and tones are supportive of all the chakras from crown to root, but the dominating blue/green tones are particularly supportive of the heart and throat (I’ll elaborate more on the chakras soon). The semiprecious stones in the tassel represent each of the seven main energy systems offering even more balancing and support, and the crystal quartz guru bead magnifies the healing qualities of all the materials in the Mala.
The Mala is a wonderful tool to help guide you when meditating with affirmations, mantras, prayers, and even breath work.
