Breath work can help clear your mind, slow down your heart rate, increase oxygenation in your entire body improving organ function, and is also a form of meditation in itself. So many benefits!
With your first bead, say silently as you inhale: "I am inhaling love, peace, and healing."
Move to the next bead and silently say as you exhale: "I am exhaling all negative energy."
Repeat this for the rest of the counting beads.
